One balance, no surprise charges

One balance covers everything: transcription, AI summaries and translation all draw from it, so you are never stuck with unused "AI minutes" while your transcription runs out. You are charged for the seconds you actually process, never rounded up to the hour, and never billed past your plan — if the balance runs low, processing pauses and waits for you instead of quietly charging your card. Credits belong to the period they were issued for: a monthly plan tops up on each payment, and a yearly plan releases the whole year at once, so you can spend it whenever the work arrives.

Questions before choosing a plan

Can I try it before paying?

Yes — 400 credits when you verify your account, no card required. That is roughly an hour and a half of audio, and it is enough to run a real recording end to end: transcribe it, summarise it, translate it and export subtitles. Nothing expires while you try it.

What is a credit?

One credit is one unit of processing. An hour of audio costs 150–260 credits depending on the accuracy mode, a set of AI notes is 50–100, and translating a transcript is about 35 per language. Pro gives you 1,500 a month — around five and a half hours of audio at Standard accuracy, or nearly ten hours in Fast mode.

What is the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro and Business are the same product with different amounts of fuel: same file limits, same accuracy modes, same priority queue. Business is for people processing full days of audio each month — it costs about the same per credit but saves you from topping up. Business also raises batch uploads from 50 files to 100.

Do unused credits expire?

Yes — credits belong to the period they were issued for, and whatever is left when that period ends does not carry into the next one. If your work arrives in bursts rather than evenly each month, pick the yearly plan: it releases the full year of credits at once, so a quiet month is not wasted.

Is yearly actually cheaper?

Yearly costs 20% less for exactly the same credits — $144 instead of $180 on Pro, $468 instead of $588 on Business. Yearly also releases the full balance up front, which suits work that comes in bursts.

What if I run out mid-project?

Nothing is charged automatically. Processing pauses and tells you, and your existing recordings, transcripts and exports stay exactly where they are. You can upgrade, wait for the next period, or keep working with what you already have.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancel in one click, any time, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — no penalties, no retention maze. If the service does not work as described, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund the affected period. Your statutory rights always apply.

How does payment work?

Stripe handles payment, and shows the exact amount, currency and any tax for your country before you confirm. The prices here are the real base prices — nothing is added later. Cards, invoices and cancellation all live in the Stripe portal, one click from your billing page; we never see your card number.
