Edit with call context
Listen closely to short confirmations, digits, and the boundaries between speakers. Call audio often has automatic gain changes and interruptions that require human context even when most sentences are clear.

- Collect spellings for names, account codes, and addresses before editing the transcript.
Limits worth knowing
- Narrowband AMR omits high-frequency detail that helps distinguish fricatives and unfamiliar names.
